Our founder’s journey began with a strong foundation in advanced manufacturing technologies, specializing in CNC milling, wirecut, and robotics. With a commitment to continuous learning, he gained international training and hands-on experience in Japan, where he refined his skills and embraced the latest engineering practices.
Driven by a vision to elevate the manufacturing sector, he built his expertise in robotics and visibility solutions, helping manufacturers optimize operations and achieve new levels of efficiency. Recognizing the need for resilience and adaptability, he has developed solutions that bring transparency and control to complex manufacturing environments, empowering companies to navigate industry challenges with confidence.
His Ambition
Today, his work has culminated in the establishment of Neogenius Engineering Solutions, where he leads the charge in providing tailored MES, ERP, automation, and project management solutions. Background
Leverages over a decade of expertise in project planning, data management, and process optimization to drive complex engineering projects from concept to completion. With a deep understanding of end-to-end project execution, he has managed projects exceeding 10 million SGD, overseeing diverse teams and ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, procurement, and site operations.
Competency
Certified in PMP and Agile Hybrid Project Management, he combines structured planning with adaptable methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban to deliver on time and within budget. Known for his technical skills in Excel VBA, Power BI, and Primavera P6, he creates custom project management tools and dashboards that enhance visibility, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence make him a trusted partner to clients and a key driver of Neogenius’s commitment to delivering resilient, data-driven solutions that support sustainable growth.
